Summary: Dean's obsession with apparently random medical deaths mirrored from his past lands him and Sam in the middle of a deadly epidemic. When Dean falls ill and is turned away by the local hospital Sam has to keep his brother alive long enough to find a way to save Dean along with the rest of the town.
